Follow the steps below to set up a rule in Outlook to forward email to another user:
Classic Outlook
- Open Outlook and go to File > Info > Manage Rules & Alerts.
- On the Email Rules tab, select New Rule.
- In the Rules Wizard, under Start from a blank rule, choose Apply rule on messages I receive and select Next.
- Under Step 1, select From people or public group.
- In Step 2, select people or public group and choose who you want to forward mail to.
- When you’re done, select Finish.
New Outlook
- At the top of the page, select Settings.
- Select Mail > Rules.
- Select Add new rule.
- Enter a name for your rule.
- Add a condition: choose Apply to all messages.
- Add an action: choose Forward to or Forward as attachment, and then enter the email address where you'd like your messages to be forwarded.
- When you're done, select Save.
Outlook on the Web
- At the top of the page, select Settings.
- Select Mail > Rules.
- Select Add new rule.
- Enter a name for your rule.
- Add a condition: choose Apply to all messages.
- Add an action: choose Forward to, and then enter the email address where you'd like your messages to be forwarded.
- When you're done, select Save.
