First, turn on the power button, which is at the bottom left of the tablet, depending on which direction is facing. The passcode to get in is food1. Then, if it doesn’t redirect to the website control panel, click the Classroom Remote link at the top. This will take you to the control panel.

 

 

 

 

There are tablets for each classroom in the back closets but you can toggle between them on one tablet by clicking the “select a different room” link at the bottom (yellow arrow). Also, to turn on the projector, click the “Turn On” link (Blue arrow). To turn it off, just click the “Turn Off” link 2 times.

 

 

 

 

If you want to use the Presenter PC in Classroom A, click the “Pres PC” link. Select both links in green like listed in the picture. The top one is for video and the bottom is for the audio.

 

 

 

 

If you want to play the Presenter PC in Classroom B, click the “select a different room” link and Choose B. Follow the same steps for Classroom B as you did for A.

 

 

 

 

To hook up a laptop to the projectors, you still have to connect the laptops to the HDMI cable and you can control sound through your laptop. Just select the HDMI/VGA links and this will mirror what is on your laptop to the screen. You can also turn the Room Volume up or down.

 

 

 

 

To combine all rooms, you still need to attach your laptop to the HDMI cable in any room and then choose the two HDMI/VGA options. Then, you can click the “select a different room” link and go to the room(s) you want to combine. You don’t have to be in Room B like last time. You can be in any room to do this.

 

 

 

 

If you are connected to the HDMI in Room A, you can go to Room B and/or C and Click the Room A links. This will combine the rooms.
